Data we hold

Email, name, hashed password, subscription state from Stripe, and — encrypted — your Kraken Futures API public and private keys. The encryption is AES-256-GCM; keys are only ever decrypted in memory inside the worker process that executes your trades.

Data we share

We send emails via SendGrid (or Resend in production), payments through Stripe, crash reports to Sentry, and trades to Kraken. No marketing partners.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can export or delete your account from the Account page. Deletion immediately wipes your API keys and anonymises your profile; audit rows are retained for 30 days, then hard-deleted.
